Delivery and shipping within Australia
Delivery within Australia usually takes 3-7 working days. For delivery within Australia we use Australia Post.
Delivery during holiday periods may take longer than normal.
We charge a flat rate of $10 for any purchase to be shipped to an Australian address. Express delivery is a flat rate of $20. Oversized delivery items may incur additional cost, you will be advised and charged as per order and destination. Free Shipping for orders over $200.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery within Australia usually takes 3-7 working days. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed and sent the next business day. For all orders placed over the weekend or public holiday your order will be processed the next business day. International orders can expect delivery between 5 - 21 days depending on your country. All parcels are given a tracking number which will be emailed to you once your parcel has been shipped. This allows you to track the progress of your delivery at all times. Simply visit http://auspost.com.au/track/ and enter your tracking number to find out the status of your parcel.
We ship to Canada, USA, UK and NZ. Shipping to an international address is a flat rate of $35 for orders less than 1kg. Any orders above 1kg an invoice will be sent through Paypal for the additional costs and goods will be sent once payment has been received. Orders are sent via regular post with a tracking number. Your parcel can take between 5 - 21 days depending on your location. All taxes, customs, duties and fees charged for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
