Inventory
Merchandise advertised is generally in stock. Should a product become oversold due to any unpredicted reason, Kookla Boutique will not be held accountable for fulfilment of these requests. Kookla Boutique reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment made. If payment has been made for the purchase and your order is cancelled for an item out of stock, Kookla Boutique shall issue you a full refund in the original form of payment.
Customer Identity Verification
In some instances we may need to verify the identity of the credit card/PayPal account holder before we process an order. Failure to comply with our request for identity verification will result in the cancellation of your order. If payment has been made for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Kookla Boutique shall immediately issue a full refund in the original form of payment
Promotional Emails
All customers who register a customer account with Kookla Boutique are automatically registered to receive our promotional emails. If at any time you would like to stop receiving promotional emails from Kookla Boutique, please reply to kooklaboutique@gmail.com with the subject REMOVE.

Currency, Tax & Fees
All prices on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) for Australian orders. The GST is not collected on international orders, however the displayed price is the payable price for international orders (the included 10% GST is converted to a handling cost).
