When purchasing online from Kookla Boutique please be sure of the style, size, colour, and any other specifications before submitting your order.
All sales made through Kookla Boutiques online store are final and cannot be cancelled. We do not REFUND or EXCHANGE for change of mind, incorrect sizing or accidental ordering.
Please note that all items are carefully checked before dispatch, therefore due to the special nature of our merchandise, we are not able to accept returns for non-faulty items.
Items that are deemed faulty will be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time frame, as per consumer law therefore any items considered to be worn or damaged will NOT be eligible for a refund or exchange.
In the circumstance that you have received a faulty item and wish to process an exchange, submit a request via email to us at email@example.com
The item(s) must be shipped back within 7 days upon receipt. After this period the items will not be accepted. All costs associated with shipping/insurance will be at the expense of the customer.
Kookla Boutique will not pay for items shipped back to us under any circumstances.
Manufacturing Fault-Exchanges are only available for same STYLE, COLOUR AND SIZE provided that the item has not been worn and is in original condition. If your item is faulty upon receipt, please call us as soon as possible to notify staff.
Should there be a style or size that you are searching for that does not appear on our website, email us the style number or contact our store and we can check availability for you and advise an estimated delivery time.
All sale Items are final and are not exchangeable or returnable. No exceptions

All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.
We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit, therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier.
Kookla Boutique will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
